What is the duration of the programme?

The programme consists of a welcome video and three recorded lessons on the topics of Creating a positive School Culture, Creating Highly Effective Teams and Effective Communication. Each lesson will take approx. 60-90 minutes to complete. It is recommended to pause the session to ponder and answer the questions poised.

Will I have access to additional resources?

Yes, a worksheet is provided for each lesson which provides an overview of the key points and space to make notes. A variety of resources are also provided such as questionnaires, polls, and worksheets which you can use to implement the teaching.
