Maire (pronounced Myra) Nawaz is the founder of Beecome More. Maire is passionate about learning, high performance and living life to the fullest. Maire believes success begins from within, and by helping individuals believe in themselves and focus on their mindset and behaviour they can transform their lives, grow with purpose, and achieve their goals.

Maire is an avid reader, podcast listener, and audio book fan. Maire is committed to life-long learning and has had the privilege of learning and experiencing teachings from some of the best leaders in the world including, Stephen M.R. Covey, Lord Alan Sugar, Molly Bloom, Dame Kelly Holmes, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Bear Grylls, Sarah Brown Damian Hughes, and Kim Calvert.

Maire is proud mum of two children and a lovable labradoodle, called Rosie. Maire’s favourite place is the beach, spending time with her husband and kids either walking in the sand or jumping through the waves.

Maire's passion is to nourish minds, empower growth and to help create happy and purposeful futures.

EXPERIENCE


Maire has successfully led teams for over 20 years, in a variety of sectors, including Construction, Manufacturing, Hospitality and Communications. Maire has worked in Senior Leadership and Director level positions for 15 years, including 6 years as a Board Director and also as a non-Executive Director. Maire has also a lectured in the CIPD qualification.
